Three synergy scenarios - who is this transaction a strategic leap for?
The technological flexibility of the plant and the market position the business has built open up broad scope for synergies for three groups of investors:
- For contract brewers and craft producers (scaling and in-house capacity)
- No more outsourced bottling: the investor takes over a complete, independent production line built by established industry suppliers, equipped with a tunnel pasteuriser and an automatic labeller, among other things.
- Volume flexibility: the varying capacity of the tanks allows several different product runs to be carried out at the same time.
- Substantial expansion potential: the large industrial plot gives complete freedom to physically extend the production halls and storage space.
- For juice, soft drink and lemonade producers (FMCG sector)
- Location next to the raw material base: siting the plant in a region of intensive orchard farming sharply reduces logistics and raw material costs.
- Co-packing services: the technical infrastructure allows profitable contract beverage bottling for third parties under their own brands to be launched immediately.
- Option to add canning: the existing line integrates easily with an additional canning module, opening up the market for energy and functional drinks in cans.
- For investors focused on export and building a strong brand
- A global marketing magnet: the business holds a unique, long-term agreement with a globally recognised Polish music band for the production and sale of a dedicated product series - a ready-made export vehicle.
- Established international markets: the company has already successfully completed its first export shipments to European, Asian and North American markets.
- A complete visual identity ecosystem: the transaction includes registered trade marks, finished designs for around one hundred unique labels and ready templates for merchandise sold to date through the e-commerce channel.
“Our portfolio includes a fully operational brewery and beverage plant in central Poland at PLN 5.9 million net, where the greatest value for a new owner is taking over a brand already recognised in the market, with enormous potential for further development and a step change in scale.”

Hard assets and the asset structure of the transaction
The asking price of PLN 5,900,000 net is fully reflected in the replacement value of the individual components of the assets:
- Infrastructure and land: land fully classified as industrial, with its own additional water intake, power network, gas tank and a made-up access drive.
- Replacement valuations: the total estimated value of the land, buildings and technologically advanced production line alone (according to official surveyors’ reports and manufacturer valuations) significantly exceeds the asking price. The buyer takes over all of these assets together with the brand at a meaningful transaction discount.
